What is charcuterie?
Charcuterie (pronounced shahr-kyut-uh-ree) is a culinary specialty that refers to the creation of cooked, cured or smoked meats such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, rillettes, galantines and dry-cured sausage. Charcuterie has been considered a French culinary art since at least the 15th century.
Charcuterie is true food craftsmanship, the art of turning preserved food into items of beauty and taste.
What we offer
At charcuterie, we offer the finest bacon, salami, Spanish chorizo, prosciutto, pancetta, sopressata, mortadella, capicollo, coppa, chevaps & deli cold cuts. Along with our meat offerings we have an assortment of artisan cheeses including both imported & domestic brie, chevre, feta, gouda, cheddar, bleu, mozzarella, parmesan, goat cheeses and more.
We also have a produce section, basic groceries, craft beers, wines, and a large assortment of spices, rubs, marinades, pastas, and olive oils.
